By making a donation, purchasing a raffle or event ticket, participating in an auction, or otherwise making a payment through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Payments – You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
• Donations – Donations are made voluntarily to New South Wales Rugby Union Ltd and will be used to support its activities and purposes.
• Raffles – Participation in raffles is subject to any specific raffle rules, eligibility requirements and applicable laws. Raffle ticket purchases are final once completed.
• Events – Event tickets are subject to availability and any specific conditions applying to the relevant event. New South Wales Rugby Union Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details where necessary.
• Auctions – By placing a bid, you agree that your bid is binding. The successful bidder is responsible for paying the full amount of their winning bid.
• Refunds – Payments are subject to the New South Wales Rugby Union Ltd Refund Policy and any rights available under applicable law.

Refund Policy

NEW SOUTH WALES RUGBY UNION LTD

Unless otherwise required by law, all payments made to New South Wales Rugby Union Ltd are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to:

• Raffle Tickets – All raffle ticket purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased.
• Event Tickets – Event ticket purchases are non-refundable, including where the purchaser is unable to attend. If an event is cancelled or materially changed, New South Wales Rugby Union Ltd may provide a refund or other remedy where required by law.
• Auctions – All successful auction bids are final. Successful bidders are required to pay the full amount of their winning bid, and refunds will not be provided for a change of mind.
• Donations – Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation has been made in error, for example an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction, please contact New South Wales Rugby Union Ltd as soon as possible. Any refund will be considered at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
